What it’s like
Peachtree Corners, in plain terms
Mostly low-density single-family subdivisions, with townhomes, condominiums and cluster housing along the major corridors.
Source: Peachtree Corners Comprehensive Plan Update, adopted 2023.
What stays with the county is police, fire and EMS by agreement, plus water and sewer. The city says this model is why it charges no city property tax.
For comparison, the county describes unincorporated Gwinnett as mostly detached single-family subdivisions, some on sewer and some on septic, with denser housing along the major highway corridors. (Gwinnett County 2045 Unified Plan, adopted February 2024)
Price context
$577,000 across 444 sales. That’s Redfin’s average of monthly medians from June 2025 to May 2026, for the whole city. It isn’t a single twelve-month median, and it isn’t a price for any one home.
